Logistics Coordinator

The Role:

Coordinate delivery activities between the warehouse, transportation team, and customers.

Plan routes and delivery schedules to ensure timely deliveries.

Monitor delivery status and follow up with customers regarding receipt of goods.

Prepare delivery documentation, such as delivery orders, shipping documents, and return slips.

Resolve delivery issues, such as delays or lost shipments.

Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and accounting departments to ensure smooth deliveries.

Record delivery data in the system and report on daily activities.

Coordinate with internal and external transportation companies

Ideal Profile:

Male, aged 28-50.

Professional certificate/Bachelor's degree in any field (logistics-related majors preferred).
