The Outgoing Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate shipment of grain. While maintaining compliance with certification standards and full product traceability. This role coordinates with internal teams, carriers, and customers to meet delivery schedules, resolve delays, and address shipping issues efficiently. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of supply chain and logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management, along with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and data analysis skills. They are adaptable in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing shifting priorities, and focused on process improvement, teamwork, and delivering strong customer service.
