Logistics Coordinator

Summary

This full-time position will require the successful candidate to fulfill product transfer orders in accordance with company policy and safety regulations in all related physical inventory management and quality control activities in the safest, most efficient way possible.

Main Job Responsibilities

Included but not limited to:

Coordination and communication (35%)

• Oversee and execute the complete order handling process to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and efficiency
• Track, measure and report regularly the status of customer orders
• Coordinate deliveries with customers to ensure their processing times are met
• Supplier and vendor communication: Arranging pickups, and ensuring supplier schedules align with production needs
• Answering inquiries, providing shipment updates, and resolving any customer issues.
