Logistics Coordinator

Position Summary

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the transportation and delivery of structural steel products, including H-Pile, Wide Flange Beams, and Pipe. This role works closely with sales, inventory yards, carriers, and customers to ensure materials are shipped accurately, cost-effectively, and on schedule. The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining excellent customer service while optimizing freight costs and supporting efficient supply chain operations.

Transportation & Freight Management

• Schedule daily carrier pickups and deliveries to meet customer requirements and project timelines.
• Negotiate freight rates with trucking vendors to secure competitive pricing and maximize transportation savings.
