Overview

+ Two shifts open:

+ Tuesday-Saturday, 3:30p-11:30p

+ Sunday-Thursday, 11:30p-7:30a


Key Responsibilities

+ Serve as primary point of contact for existing customers with shipping needs

+ Consult with customers to determine the most cost-effective and time-efficient shipping solutions

+ Assess shipment requirements (e.g., number of pallets, truck type, special handling needs)

+ Coordinate transportation by:

+ Leveraging an established carrier network

+ Identifying available trucks or vehicles near shipment origin

+ Utilizing a digital bidding platform where carriers compete for loads

+ Conducting outbound calls to carriers for hard-to-cover or specialized shipments
