You will be responsible for receiving and verifying shipments, maintaining organization and cleanliness in the warehouse, and ensuring effective communication with suppliers and internal departments.
Responsibilities

+ Receive and check shipments, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of supplies in multiple warehouse locations.

+ Create material receipts for all shipments and manage the filing of approved receipts to the correct locations.

+ Maintain communication with manufacturers and suppliers for CoC/CoA supplies received.

+ Accurately enter data for donor intake and supply relocation.
