Logistics Coordinator

Are you someone who enjoys variety in your day? Do you like being just as comfortable behind a computer as you are out in the warehouse helping get things moving?

We're looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join a well-established New Zealand business that's continuing to grow. This is a varied role where you'll become the right-hand person to the Logistics Manager, taking ownership of day-to-day administration while also rolling up your sleeves to support warehouse operations when needed.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinating freight and dispatch throughout New Zealand
• Processing sales and purchase orders
• Maintaining accurate inventory and stock records
• Monitoring production schedules and deliveries
• Tracking shipments and following up with suppliers and freight providers
• Assisting with dispatch and warehouse operations
• Loading and unloading goods when required
