Logistics Assistant

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Quotation. Finding logistics solution based on customer's requirements, offering quotation to sales.
• Prepare all documents including Delivery Note, Packing List, Performa Invoice for import & Export.
• Coordinate with Operation Team to arrange transportation.
• Keep records for incoming and outgoing goods with the date in & date out, supplier name and spare parts item description, item value, weight and dimension.
• Invoice closing after delivery.
• Complete other tasks assigned by Logistics Manager

WORKINGREQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics , Supply Chain Management , Business , or a related field
• Knowledge of the spare parts import and export process, domestic and foreign express.
• Familiar with domestic and foreign logistics channel.
