Logistics Assistant - Hybrid

Job Qualifications:

• English proficient

• BS Business Management / Information Technology

• At least 1 to 2 years hands-on data analysis

• SAP /ERP system

• Strong MS Office proficiency, particularly in Excel

• Power BI knowledge

• With experience communicating with APAC countries



Job Description:

Freight Analysis:

• Determine the number of containers per type per lane based on the S&OP forecast.

• Compute the freight cost based on the RFP official quotation from forwarders.

• Track the monthly freight spends vs. budget.

• Liaise with APAC countries & the HK Finance Team on freight accruals & analysis.

EFE SC Dashboards:

• Supports SC Director in creating & uploading the KPI overall dashboard for EFE per market.

EFE Master Data:

• Review completeness of master data for upload from the EFE team.
