Logistics Assistant

Job Summary We are a growing SME seeking a hands-on Logistics Assistant to support daily warehouse and delivery operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Receive, check, and store goods accurately to maintain inventory integrity Pick, pack, and prepare orders efficiently for timely delivery Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate with drivers and suppliers to ensure smooth logistics Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock movements to support inventory management Conduct stock counts and assist with inventory control to minimize discrepancies Complete proper documentation such as delivery orders and invoices to ensure compliance Support general warehouse and logistics operations to maintain workflow continuity Preferred competencies and qualifications Relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations Basic computer skills including Excel and inventory management systems Physically fit to handle goods safely when required Responsible, organized, a...
