Job Purpose

To support outgoing shipment activities by handling documentation, coordination, tracking, and communication to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Outgoing Shipment Support

• Assist in coordinating outgoing shipments (export, local, inter-plant).
• Update delivery schedules and shipment status.
• Follow up with Project, Warehouse, QC, and Production on cargo readiness.
• Monitor shipment changes, cancellations, or urgent requests.

Documentation Support

• Prepare and issue Delivery Orders (DO) and Commercial Invoice & Packing List (CIPL).
• Prepare Advance DO and ad-hoc delivery documents.
• Create Airway Bills and assist in checking K2 drafts from forwarders.
• Support HS Code checking and SST Exemption documentation (JKDM Portal).
• Assist in export-related documents when required.
