Logistician (Depot)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides technical support to the Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead for the NAVSUP Performance Based Logistics-Organic (PBL-O) program within the C4ISR Restoration Depot.

Technical support includes in-house expertise regarding the oversight, identification, financing, receipt, execution, and closeout of specific PBL-O workloads and provide backup to the NAVSUP Traditional and other PBL-O workloads.

Reviews and reports trends and inconsistencies in contractor labor hours, labor dollars, and material dollar uploads to the Shop Workload Management System (SWMS) and Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).  Ensures Shop Orders are placed and follows the workloads through the Shops, Quality Control, and Packing/Shipping.

Provides backup shipping support.

Queries and updates the SWMS database as necessary.

Ensures PBL-O Casualty Reports (CASREPs) are properly identified and prioritized.
