Logistic System Test Supervisor

Location: Port Klang, Malaysia

Salary: RM 7,000 – RM 9,000 (Negotiable)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Contract: 1 year

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Logistics System Test Officers

• Oversee testing of inventory and inbound/outbound warehouse processes

• Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and issue escalation

• Analyse test results and drive service and process improvements

• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management

Requirements

• 2–3 years' experience in logistics software or warehouse management systems

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken & written)

• Strong leadership, analytical, and reporting skills

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in fast-paced environments

• Willing to work overtime when required
