Logistic Staff

ASUS is looking for a detail-oriented Logistic Staff to support import and export operations. This role is responsible for managing shipping documentation, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring smooth and timely overseas shipment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end import and export shipment processes, particularly for overseas shipments to Indonesia.
• Review and verify shipping and customs documents (e.g., Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, PIB) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate daily with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and other third-party logistics partners throughout the shipment process.
• Arrange and follow up on inspection processes (e.g., Verification Order/VO and related inspection requirements) and maintain proper inspection documentation.
