About The Role
Transplace, an Uber Freight company, is looking for experienced customer service and logistics professionals to join our Brokerage team in Monterrey.
This role is also a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to build and develop their career in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
In this role, you will be part of a high-performing team that supports a portfolio of
40+ customers
, ensuring freight is moved efficiently, cost-effectively, and with the right carrier capacity in place. You will play a key role in balancing service, cost, and capacity while helping customers achieve reliable and optimized transportation outcomes.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact environment where you will gain exposure to end-to-end transportation operations across import, export, and U.S. domestic freight.
