Purpouse :

Plant PC&L Management ensures smooth logistics processes with highest customer satisfaction, best costs and high motivated PC&L.

Responsible for production planning, material planning and warehousing management.

Ensure PC&L standards, methods and tools implemented within the plant.

• Responsible to achieve the budget
• Evaluate competences and assign trainings to the team
• Employee Empowerment
• Define PC&L deployment objectives with the plant management

• Team and set up actions to achieve the targets
• Define and monitor KPIs for logistics costs e.g. freight cost, stock coverage, stock accuracy following the company targets
• Drive projects together with BU and Global PC&L for further cost reductions
• Monitor and control target achievements within the team members
• Lead actively Master Production Schedule meetings and Forecast S&OP) Meetings
