1. Organize transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information from origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging services as necessary.
2. Execute logistics plans to ensure products, materials, and packages reach destinations on schedule.
3. Review freight and transportation costs to maintain low operating expenses.
4. Manage general operations while also participating in practical work on the store floor.
5. Ensure storekeepers are regularly briefed, supervised, and trained; maintain machinery and vehicles, upholding health, safety, and security standards.
