Working Location: Kampung Pendamar Indah, Port Klang

• Arrange and coordinate transportation for import of RM & export of FG
• Coordinate import and export haulage, including container movements
• Update and monitor import and export shipment status (ETA, detention and demurrage)
• Monitor D&D to prevent delays, overtime and additional charges
• Liaise with internal departments, shipping agents and transporters to ensure smooth logistics operations
• Complete and maintain daily and monthly incoming and outgoing shipment checklists and reports, including photos, stacking , unstacking and discharge records.
• Issue delivery orders and perform system key in for shipments to Sabah and Sarawak.
• Provide backup support for DO issuance, weighing and other logistics operations.
• Execution of new process/project initiated by HOD
