Location: Raffles Place
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: $3,300 - $4,000

Job Descriptions
  • Manage and resolve logistics‑related complaint tickets within the internal ticketing system
  • Ensure timely and accurate closure of compensation‑related cases
  • Identify opportunities to improve ticket resolution turnaround time and accuracy rates
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of compensation claims with logistics service providers
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies
