LOGISTIC ASSISTANT CUM TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities

• Repair, service, maintain and diagnose photocopy machines
• Attend customer service calls
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine check‑ups for customer machines
• Perform any other duties assigned by superiors from time to time
• Deliver and pick up machines to customers or suppliers
• Maintain company vehicles in good condition and ensure service vehicles meet deadlines

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with photocopiers
• Diploma or certificate in electrical/electronic or mechanical engineering, or equivalent
• Ability to manage a team, mature, work under pressure and solve new challenges
• Strong organizational and systematic skills, able to design and implement SOPs and improvements
• Ability to work independently while accepting direction on tasks
