Logistic and Store Assistant

Job Description

. Assist in coordinating shipments with customers, transporters, and freight forwarders as instructed.

. Support the preparation of shipping and delivery documents, including Proforma Invoices, Packing Lists, Delivery Orders, and Work Orders.

. Assist in receiving, checking, and issuing goods to ensure accuracy against documentation.

. Update inventory records for incoming and outgoing items in the inventory management system.

. Support pick and pack activities to ensure correct and timely order fulfillment.

. Perform daily storekeeping duties, including arrangement, labeling, and housekeeping of stock, spare parts, and workshop items.

. Assist in monitoring stock levels and report low stock or discrepancies to the supervisor.
