Lodging Manager

A growing Indigenous-owned hospitality operation in northern British Columbia is seeking a Lodging Manager to oversee day-to-day accommodation operations across two properties, including a hotel and a lodge. You will lead a frontline team of approximately 20–30 employees across housekeeping, front desk, and guest services, ensuring consistent service delivery, strong operational standards, and a welcoming guest experience across both locations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be equally focused on people, operations, and guest experience. You will play a key role in shaping service culture, building consistency, and developing a high-performing team in a growing, community-driven environment. Working closely with senior hospitality leadership, you will help refine systems, strengthen accountability, and support the continued development of a business that is deeply connected to local economic development and long-term regional impact.
