MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in administration or hospitality
- 3 - 5 years in either safari, hunting or equivalent lodge management
- Guest forward thinking with strong customer-service and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Must be able to lead, direct, and support other team members
- This position requires resourcefulness and effective critical thinking, judgement, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Valid driver’s licence
