Locum Staff Nurse [Weekday] | Day Care Center

Job scope:

• Perform admission and discharge assessment
• Provide nursing care and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for support to service users and their caregivers (especially PT and OT)
• Plan, coordinate and execute activities that promotes participation while promoting client’s wellbeing
• Provide immediate care during medical emergencies
• Carry out daily required treatments and administer medication

Job Requirements:

• Singaporeans only
• Diploma / Degree in Nursing
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
• One day per week (weekday)
