Locum Senior Hospital Speech Pathologist

• June/July for three months ++
• Adult and paediatric caseload
• $76-$85 per hour + super (inc tax benefits)

Experienced Speech Pathologist required for vacancy based in regional New South Wales. The role is to start in June/July for three months + possible extension. You will work alongside a large allied health team. Full time hours, Monday – Friday. Open to Level 3 clinicians and also experienced Level 2 clinicians.

 
This generalist caseload will cover:

• Adult acute ward swallowing/communication, Adult Outpatients, Paediatric outpatients- speech and language, groups- early language, school readiness, developing literacy groups at school, Paediatric feeding issues, Laryngectomy care (depending on experience)
• Supervision and mentoring of level 1/2 Speech Pathologists
• Service coordination and improvement
• Experience in laryngectomy management is preferred but not essential
