What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in CA
Provider will work 2 days per week in the outpatient surgery center next door and 3 days per week in the
clinic setting. All epidurals, facet injections, ablations, and other procedures are preformed at the surgery
center.
We do prefer candidates that can give full time availability.
Must have active CA license and must be Board Certified or BE within 5 years of residency.
Active FLURO is required. We will look at candidates that have the temp fluro in hand
