Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes
Fellowship: NA
Minimum Board Certification: Eligible
What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in WV only
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 60 days
Hours:
7pm - 7am
*may have flexibility with hours (start time) but prefer the 12hr shift.
Coverage is needed starting as soon as possible.
14-15 shifts per month
Number of Beds in Department: 54, but does not cover all hospital patients, as there are community
providers who also cover their own patients.
Support staff (Other MDs, NP/PA, RN etc)
RNs, House Supervisor-RN
Certifications required (ATLS, BLS, ACLS, PALS)
ACLS( We will require two stroke modules -NIHSS, but can do after selected).
