About the role

We are seeking a locum Medical Oncologist to join our friendly team in Dunedin Hospital for three months.

The Southern Blood and Cancer Service provides a team of eight medical oncologists and one nurse practitioner, five radiation oncologists and six haematologists working in a tertiary referral centre with strong links to the School of Medicine at Otago University. Dunedin Hospital is a 350‑bed teaching and training institution that offers a full complement of sub‑specialities and a training site for the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. As such, we encourage and support staff research and their continuing medical education. Our service has a solid research program and we would welcome applications from physicians with a sub‑speciality interest or those with an interest in teaching.
