(Location: Taiwan) Technical Superintendent 

Accountabilities :

• On-site technical support and implementation (maintenance, troubleshooting etc.)

• On-site trainings for Engineers

• Remote customer support

• Support in acquiring service contract and spare parts sales by identifying customer needs, promoting relevant solutions, and capture business opportunities during field interactions.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during field service projects. Cooperate to meet customer demands.

• Maintain detail records of field activity including technical report and maintenance logs and compliance documentation. Provide regular updates on service progress and issue.

• Compliance company policy (QHES etc.) and superior guidance.

Main Responsibilities :

• Advise and consult on-site commissioning tasks and troubleshooting activities
