Compensation & Incentives

• Starting Base Pay: $0.62 CPM
• Safety Bonus: Earn an additional $0.03 CPM safety bonus
• Shuttle / Hourly Pay: $25.00/hour for dedicated shuttle runs and warehouse hauling
