- Night shift - drivers work 5 days a week, 12 hours a day
- Drop & hook freight
- Ring pay - based on experience
- Safe & on-time bonus - up to 3% of mileage
- Top-of-the-line automatic transmission trucks with day cabs, pulling 53' refrigerated trailers
