**Description:**

**Duties and Responsibilities related to the Lobby Hostess role:**

+ Act as the first point of contact for all guests entering the lobby, providing a warm, genuine, and culturally appropriate welcome
+ Greet guests with a professional and friendly demeanor, addressing them by name whenever possible to create a personalized experience
+ Gracefully manage the flow of guests in the lobby, preventing congestion and ensuring a smooth and pleasant arrival process.
+ Escort guests to the reception desk, lounge, restaurant, or other hotel facilities as needed
+ Serve as a primary resource for guests, proactively answering inquiries about hotel services, facilities, local attractions, and events in Doha
+ Assist guests with reservations for hotel restaurants, spa treatments, or other internal services.
