Role Overview

We're looking for a sharp Loan Review Specialist to review bank personal loan applications, filter qualified cases, and ensure only high-quality submissions move forward. This role is critical — you're the gatekeeper between raw leads and bank approval.

Key Responsibilities

• Review personal loan applications and supporting documents
• Assess eligibility based on bank criteria (income, CCRIS/CTOS, employment, DSR, etc.) according to bank policy
• Filter and qualify cases before submission to consultant
• Manage loan review admins
• Maintain clear and accurate case records

Requirements

• Experience in bank loans, credit processing, or financial services (preferred)
