At Loan Factory, a U.S. mortgage broker with offices in the U.S., Vietnam, the Philippines, and Colombia, we are looking for a Loan Processor to join our team in Medellín.

Requirements

• B2 or higher English level
• Customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to follow guidelines and procedures with precision

About the Role

We’re looking for individuals with great attention to detail and analytical skills, along with exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish. As a Loan Processor, you will be responsible for coordinating with third parties to gather all necessary documentation and secure the final approval of a mortgage loan.

Medellín - On-site, Monday to Friday
