JOB QUALIFICATIONS



1. Honest, hardworking and with pleasing personality

2. Graduate of any 4-year business course preferably Accounting or Financial Management

3. With good oral and written communication skills

4. Computer literate

5. Capable of doing field work



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



1. Answers client’s inquiries and explains loan services, requirements, procedure and interest rates.

2. Assists clients with their loan application.

3. Verifies the completeness and authenticity of the documents submitted by loan applicants.

4. Interviews loan applicant to obtain personal and financial data and assist in filling out application forms.

5. Evaluates the loan client’s: capacity to pay, collateral, character, condition and capital.

6. Conducts credit investigation and prepares Credit Risk Rating/Borrower’s Risk Rating.

7. Makes recommendation and submits it to the Manager and EXCO...
