Location: Tempe, AZ (Onsite – 5 days/week)
Pay: $21/hour (weekly pay)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Responsibilities
In this fast-paced call center role, you will support homeowners across the country by providing solutions and guidance related to their mortgage.

+ Handle inbound and outbound calls with homeowners

+ Speak with customers who are past due and identify reasons for delinquency

+ Create customized payment plans to help bring accounts current

+ Answer general mortgage servicing questions

+ Process payments and update account information

+ Refer eligible customers to refinancing opportunities
