Mechanics Bank is currently searching for a Loan Administrator to join our team.Here at Mechanics Bank, we value connection, partnership, long‐term relationships and working together in person.This role will be working on‐site.Responsible for assisting Sr.Loan Administrators with the closing of loans involving the full range of multifamily loans and commercial banking loans.Assists with relationship managers, underwriters, outside counsel, and title insurance companies to ensure compliance and resolve issues.Coordinates all aspects of loan closing.Brings to lender's attention critical issues that require resolution.What you will be doingAccurately scan complete loan files into Director system, within timeframe of procedures.Assists with closing of loans involving multifamily loans, commercial real estate (CRE), commercial and industrial (C&I) and other commercial loans.Works with other Loan Administrators, Relationship Managers, Underwriters, internal and outside counsel, title insu...
