**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Operate a front-end loader to safely and efficiently move aggregate materials.
+ Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
+ Maintain clean and organized stockpiles for optimal production flow.
+ Follow all site safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture.
+ Support plant and yard operations as needed to meet production goals.
