As a Loader, you’ll get to make a difference in a fast-paced distribution center.

**Qualification/Basic Job Requirements:**

+ Load trailers while maintaining Dollar Tree safety policies to avoid personal injuries and property damage.
+ Ensures freight is loaded so that appropriate space is left at end of trailer, determining when overflow is necessary.
+ Check merchandise to ensure that shipment is accurate, and merchandise is not damaged and is loaded onto proper trailer
+ Work as a team to prevent production downtime due to overloading or merchandise being left on the extender.
+ Achieve set standards (engineered or productivity) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
+ Perform general housekeeping duties
+ Assist in other general warehouse duties on an as needed basis
+ Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. frequently
