**Job Title:** Load Planner
**Location:** Cambridge, ON
**Pay Rate:** $22.00/hour + vacation pay
**Type:** Temporary (6 months with possibility of extension)
**Schedule:** Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (5 days onsite)
**Training:** 6–8 weeks, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Kelly Services is hiring on behalf of our client in Cambridge for a **_Load Planner_** role. This position is responsible for coordinating and optimizing transportation operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective movement of goods across the supply chain.

**Key Responsibilities:**


+ Plan, coordinate, and optimize daily shipments, routes, and carrier assignments
+ Manage transportation using company assets and third-party carriers
+ Improve trailer/container utilization and identify cost-saving opportunities
+ Secure carrier capacity during peak periods and manage transportation constraints
