Job Description
Involves performing a variety of on-site customer service duties to support efficient preparation of packaging, loading, and transporting of customer’ shipments to U.S. domestic FedEx origination location from international location; responds to customer’s needs including product, service, and shipping information; and identifies problems and resolutions to ensure quality customer service.
General Job Description- Provides on-site customer support by answering customer inquiries regarding shipping, products, and services ensuring responsiveness to all needs, issues, and requirements.
- Prepares labeling for all packages that will be ground-shipped to U.S. domestic FedEx locations for FedEx distribution in the U.S.
- Coordinates loading of shipments at customer’s location to meet customer’s shipping schedules and requirements.
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
