**- General job description**:
- Consults with management in such vital areas as field operations, new service and products, and procedures.
- Develops procedures, prepares, and monitors long range plans for each station and district and provides analysis regarding expansion, new products, procedures, vehicles, equipment, manpower, and facility needs.
- Provides technical assistance to field personnel through workshops, station reviews, seminars, and one-on-one sessions in such areas as operations, manning, IMS, FAMIS, COSMOS, contingency planning, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
