Operations Handler (Open)

Full‑time position located in Zihuatanejo, GRO, Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Lift up to 70 lbs and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
• Operate ramp and warehouse equipment, load and unload company aircraft and vehicles safely.
• Sort packages and provide efficient delivery and pickup of packages.
• Check packages for proper labeling, legality of contents, weight and size, wrapping, insurance values, and hazardous material requirements.
• Complete delivery paperwork such as airway bills, delivery records, and vehicle condition reports with neatness and accuracy.
• Seek additional business from current customers and pass leads to the Sales Manager when unsuccessful.
• Report changes in customer or competitor efforts to the Station Ops Manager and Sales.
• Audit the size and weight of packages and boxes and perform sorting.
