Involves providing courteous and efficient delivery, sorting, and pick-up of documents and appropriately sized (small) packages.Ensure shipment of packages by completing all necessary paperwork and registering shipments in accordance with FedEx Express service standards.
**General Job Description**:Under general supervision performs the following activities:- Provides efficient and safe delivery and pick-up of packages and documents, while representing the company in a professional manner.
- Seeks additional business from current customers, attempts to gain new business (passes leads to sales department).
- Informs sales department of significant changes in customer use/competitor's actions.
- Provides the necessary paperwork related to the collection and delivery of packages, such as air waybills, shipping records, vehicle (motorcycle) conditions, tax invoices with clarity and accuracy.
