LLM Engineer

We are seeking a experienced LLM Engineer/Developer to join our remote team at CodeBranch. We require someone with a solid understanding of LLM architectures, advanced Prompt Engineering skills, and experience in the AI/ML development stack, prepared to transform concepts into tangible applications that drive software.

Core Technical Skills:

LLM Fundamentals & Architecture

• Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and how modern LLMs process information.
• Knowledge of different model families (GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral, etc.) and their architectural differences.
• Understanding of tokenization, embeddings, context windows, and temperature/sampling parameters.
• Familiarity with fine-tuning techniques: full fine-tuning, LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT methods
• Knowledge of quantization (4-bit, 8-bit) and model compression techniques
