Responsibilities
- Develop and execute live streaming operation strategies across TikTok and e-commerce marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, and Tokopedia to improve GMV performance and audience engagement.
- Analyze live streaming performance data, traffic trends, conversion rates, and user behavior to provide actionable insights and optimization strategies.
- Collaborate closely with hosts, KOL teams, account managers, and clients to improve live content performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor and optimize product assortment, promotional strategy, pricing, and stock availability during live sessions.
- Support end-to-end live campaign planning and execution, including scheduling, traffic strategy, and operational improvements.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on competitor analysis, market trends, and platform updates within the digital commerce industry.
