Position

The work runs on a shift basis, including evenings and weekends, dictated by the schedule of global live sport. The live support will be operated onsite (in the client's operations center) in Toronto.

Overview

Live operations at Deltatre run continuously, supporting live sports and entertainment broadcasts for clients around the world. The Live Operations team is the operational layer that makes each event reach viewers without issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform video streaming operations during live events
• Hold quality control over operational output during your shift
• Manage two-way communication with the client during live operations
• Handle operational escalations to internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent output quality
