Live-Out Building Superintendent

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Live‑Out Superintendent for one of our upscale condominiums.

Shift Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Site Location

Toronto, ON

Compensation

$47,840 annually

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, healthy environment.
• Report all deficiencies, maintenance requirements, vandalism, and supply inventory to the Property Manager.
• Respond to emergencies, interact with contractors and building residents.
• Inspect mechanical room, handle garbage, and become familiar with every space in the building.
• Perform painting and touch‑ups, small repairs in common areas, and ongoing preventative maintenance.
• Follow and improve procedures; follow up on requests.
• Enforce condominium rules and regulations.
• Provide recommendations to solve and improve situations.
