• Coordinate with hosts, moderators, and production team for smooth sessions
• Monitor livestreams in real time and troubleshoot any issues
• Manage OBS Studio setup and optimize visuals and audio quality

2. Performance Monitoring & Growth

• Track key KPIs such as GMV, engagement, and Enter Room Rate
