We are looking for someone who knows how TikTok Shop and Shopee actually make money through:

• disciplined live schedules

• strong host performance

• conversion control

• relentless daily execution

This role sits inside the sales machine, not in administration or support.

If you have run live rooms, managed hosts, pushed daily GMV targets, and understand that sales don't happen by accident, this role is for you.

• Managing and coordinating live hosts / sales talents
